Do you offer custom artwork?

At the moment, I'm not offering custom artwork, but you can always inquire at!

What mediums do you use?

I mostly use watercolor and gouache. I also occasionally use Procreate on the iPad.

When will my order ship?

I usually take 2-5 days to ship an order (5-7 days for custom artwork). I make several of my products by hand and package everything by myself, so thank you in advance for your patience!

How long does shipping take?

All US orders should take 1-3 weeks to arrive. International mail can take 4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I can send paper goods anywhere as long as they fit within an envelope. However, if you order anything that doesn't fit in a flat envelope such as a keychain, tote bag, etc., you must purchase tracked shipping or you will be refunded.

Do I have to pay international customs fees?

Yes, all customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
If I get a package sent back to me from customs there are two options: 
  1. You can pay to have the package sent to you again, or 
  2. I can refund you the value of the products minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee if the products are still in an acceptable condition to process the refund.
*VAT TAX FOR EU CUSTOMERS* EU customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees once your order arrives at your country's customs office. I, Sydney LaCom will not be collecting or remitting VAT. It will not be included in the item price or shipping cost, but will be collected when your package arrives at customs. Any additional fees/charges/taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.  This will cause delays, so please monitor your package through the tracking number to make sure it doesn't get abandoned at customs or sent back to me. The two options above in the previous question still apply.
