CUSTOMIZATIONS ALLOWED: I will only paint the hammies - no background colors/scenes. If you'd like to request specific details like clothing that are not pictured in the reference photo, please note that it may cost extra. I typically do not add hair (they're hamsters😛), just clothing and accessories! Please do not request anything explicit or illegal. SIZING: I can only offer 4x4" portraits at this time because I draw small hamsters! If you would like your portrait to be bigger, please consider scanning it then having it printed by a third party. MEDIARELEASE: Once your drawing is complete, I may use it as a sample for future commissions. If you would prefer me not to use it, please let me know when you place your order. However, I will never post or reuse your reference photos unless you give me permission for a before/after comparison. RETURNPOLICY: Due to the unique nature of each painting, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. SHIPPING: I can only offer tracked shipping with insurance (no letter mail) to ensure as much as possible that your commission gets to you safely. Once you submit your reference photos, please allow me 5-7 days to complete your commission. It will then be shipped to you.
